Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel a Session To cancel a scheduled session, please notify DiamondTheScienceTutor by email, phone, Facebook, or through the website at least 24 hours in advance. Less than 12 hours’ notice: The full cost of the session will be forfeited. Cancellation Guidelines First cancellation: The session may be rescheduled. Payment from the original session will be applied to the rescheduled session. Second cancellation: The session will be canceled, and payment will be forfeited. Third cancellation: The session will be canceled, payment will be forfeited, and tutoring services will be discontinued. How to Cancel a Package Log in to your profile. Go to the Package Subscriptions page. Select Cancel Subscription.
